Refund policy

Every piece of merch is printed when you order it, just for you. Because of that, I can't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Check the size guide on each product before you order.

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you get the wrong item, email me within 7 days of delivery at sytrecordsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. I'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

If your order never shows up, email me within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and I'll sort it out.

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production, so email me right away. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

The At All Costs CD is made and shipped by elasticStage, so their policy covers it. The War Report downloads are free.
